These Terms govern your use of Caterers.app. The site introduces customers and catering companies. We are not a party to any catering contract that results from an enquiry.

Marketplace role

• Listings are reviewed before publication.
• Quotes, menus, and event fulfilment are between the customer and the caterer.
• We may monitor proxied email conversations to operate the service and prevent abuse.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate event and contact details.
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or unlawful events.
• Do not attempt to scrape listings or bypass rate limits.
